The Leuze PRK3C.A3/2N-M8 Photoelectric Sensor (Part No.: 50136261) operates on the reflection principle with an autocollimation feature, offering excellent performance for detecting objects up to a guaranteed range of 4 meters (extendable to 5 meters with the TK(S) 100×100 reflector). Featuring a red LED light source at 635 nm, it ensures precise and reliable detection in light switching and dark switching applications.

Equipped with two NPN transistor outputs and a fast switching frequency of 1,500 Hz, this sensor is ideal for high-speed detection tasks. The sensor also includes a teach button for sensitivity adjustments and light/dark switching, as well as built-in protection circuits against polarity reversal and short circuits for enhanced reliability. With an IP67/IP69K rating and ECOLAB compatibility, the sensor is designed to withstand tough industrial environments.

The compact design (11.4 mm x 34.2 mm x 18.3 mm) and lightweight (10 g) make it easy to install, and it operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 60°C, ensuring durability in extreme conditions.
