It is a 6.4 inch diagonal STN-LCD, LCM display panel product from Kaohsiung Hitachi Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Hitachi). It’s resolution 320×240, QVGA. This model is  discontinued now.   • At the insertion or removal of the Signal Interface Connector do not rotate or tilt the Interface Connector of the TFT Module. It may damage the panel.
