The Di-Soric OGU020G3-T3 Optical Fiber Sensor is a high-performance optical fork sensor designed for precise object detection in industrial automation. With a 20 mm fork opening, this sensor operates using an infrared LED light source and supports multiple resolution modes, including Standard (0.3 mm), High Resolution (0.2 mm), and Power (1 mm). It ensures repeatability of 0.02 mm across modes. The push-pull switching output (NO/NC, 100 mA) and IO-Link interface (v1.1) enable easy integration and flexible configuration.
Engineered for speed and accuracy, it offers switching frequencies from 250 Hz to 8,000 Hz, making it ideal for various dynamic applications. Sensitivity adjustments are available via potentiometer or IO-Link. The die-cast zinc housing with IP67 protection ensures durability in harsh environments, while its compact 40 × 50 × 10 mm design fits tight spaces. Powered by 10–30 V DC, it operates reliably from -25 to +60 °C.
