The Baumer OL05.I-11224132 Fork Sensor (OL05.I-GP1B.7WN) is a high-performance light barrier sensor designed for precise and rapid object detection. It utilizes a pulsed infrared diode (wavelength: 880 nm) to achieve exceptional repeat accuracy of 0.15 mm and a hysteresis of 0.15 mm, ensuring reliability in demanding applications. With a fast response/release time of 0.16 ms and a switching frequency of 3000 Hz, it is ideal for high-speed processes like label detection, capable of handling belt speeds up to 8 m/sec and label gaps as small as >2 mm.

The sensor features a teach-in button, simplifying sensitivity adjustments for easy setup. Its compact U-profile design (dimensions: 60 x 28.5 x 10 mm) includes a fork width of 5 mm and a penetration depth of 50 mm, offering flexible installation options. The robust die-cast zinc housing, rated IP67, ensures durability and protection against harsh industrial environments.

Operating within a voltage range of 10–30 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA, the OL05.I supports both push-pull output circuits and adjustable NO/NC functionalities.
