The Toshiba LTD121C31L LCD Module is a 12.1-inch LCD module is a robust and reliable display solution tailored for industrial and embedded systems. Featuring a native SVGA resolution of 800(RGB)×600 and a pixel density of 82 PPI, it offers crisp visuals and ample screen space for GUI-based applications. The active area of 246 mm × 184.5 mm, housed within an outline dimension of 278.3 mm × 209 mm × 11 mm, makes it suitable for control panels and monitoring devices.
This display utilizes a-Si TFT-LCD technology and operates in TN (Twisted Nematic) mode, which is normally white and transmissive, ensuring good power efficiency and decent image quality. Its 250 cd/m² brightness and 450:1 contrast ratio make it suitable for indoor applications with moderate lighting. The viewing angles of 60°/60° horizontally and 50°/50° vertically (CR≥10), while standard for TN panels, are sufficient for direct front-facing operation.
Response times of 10 ms (Tr) / 25 ms (Td) offer adequate performance for static or slow-changing display content. The module supports 262K colors, ensuring smooth gradients and color transitions for graphical interfaces. Connectivity is handled via a CMOS 1-channel, 6-bit, 32-pin connector, with a 3.3V power supply.
Equipped with two CCFL backlights rated for 60K hours, it’s designed for long-term use in stable environments. Operating temperatures range from -10°C to 65°C, and it supports storage between -20°C and 80°C, making it suitable for semi-industrial deployments.
