The Panasonic PM-F25 Photoelectric Sensor is engineered for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. It features a fixed sensing range of 6 mm and can detect minimum objects as small as 0.8 x 1.2 mm. The sensor operates with minimal hysteresis of 0.05 mm and offers repeatability within 0.01 mm.
The Panasonic PM-F25 Photoelectric Sensor operates on 5–24 V DC with a maximum current consumption of 15 mA. It features an NPN open-collector output (max. 50 mA sink current) with Light-ON/Dark-ON modes and built-in short-circuit protection.Built for harsh environments, it offers IP64 protection, operates from -25 to +55°C, and withstands storage temperatures from -30 to +80°C. An orange LED indicates status, while the rugged design resists vibrations (10–2,000 Hz) and shocks up to 15,000 m/s².
Featuring a rugged design, the sensor utilizes a PBT enclosure and a polycarbonate display section, ensuring durability and resistance to demanding industrial environments. The sensor comes with a 1-meter long PVC cable, extendable up to 100 meters with appropriate cabling. Originating from China, this sensor meets stringent EMC and RoHS directives, ensuring compliance with international standards.
