The Panasonic HG-C1030-P Micro Laser Distance Sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 12 to 24V DC, with current consumption of 40 mA or less at 24V DC and 65 mA or less at 12V DC. It features a PNP open-collector transistor control output, capable of a maximum source current of 50mA and an applied voltage of 30V DC or less. The residual voltage is 1.5V or less at a 50mA source current.. The control output supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operations and includes short-circuit protection with an auto-reset type. The analog output ranges from 0 to 5 V (voltage) and 4 to 20mA (current), with respective output impedances of 100Ω and 300Ω or less.
With an IP67 rating, the HG-C1030-P sensor operates in temperatures from -10 to +45 ℃ (-14 to 113 ℉) and stores between -20 to +60 ℃ (-4 to 140 ℉). It handles 35 to 85% RH humidity and 3,000 ℓx incandescent light. The sensor resists vibrations (10 to 55 Hz) and shocks (500 m/s²) in all directions. Its aluminum die-cast enclosure has an acrylic front cover and includes a 5-core composite cable, extendable up to 10 meters.
