The Panasonic GXL-8HU Inductive Proximity Sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 12 to 24 V DC ± 10%. It employs a non-contact DC 2-wire output type, capable of load currents ranging from 3 to 70 mA, with residual voltage of 3 V or less. With a maximum response frequency of 1 kHz, it ensures rapid and accurate detection of sensing events. The 2-color indicator provides visual feedback, lighting up in green under stable sensing conditions and red under unstable conditions, facilitating easy monitoring of sensor status.

The GXL-8HU sensor features IP67 protection (IEC and JEM standards). This safeguards against dust and water ingress. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -25 to +70°C.
