The NEC NL6448BC33-64D LCD Module is 10.4″ a-Si TFT-LCD panel is a versatile and rugged display, delivering 640(RGB)×480 VGA resolution at 76 PPI. Its active area of 211.2(W)×158.4(H) mm is enclosed in a frame measuring 243×185.1×11 mm, making it suitable for industrial and embedded applications.
It offers a high luminance of 450 cd/m² (Typ.), ensuring good readability even in brighter environments. The contrast ratio of 600:1 (Typ.) provides crisp and clear image reproduction. Additionally, the panel supports wide viewing angles of 80/80/80/55 (Typ.), a significant advantage over many standard TN panels.
With a response time of 6/25 ms (Typ.) (Tr/Td), the display maintains smooth visual performance. The surface is treated with antiglare and a 3H hard coating, enhancing durability and reducing reflections.
This module operates in TN, Normally White, Transmissive mode and supports 262K colors within 40% NTSC gamut. It interfaces via a CMOS (1 ch, 6-bit) connection using a 31-pin connector, and operates at a 60Hz frame rate.
Power requirements are 3.3/5.0V (Typ.), and it uses a 2-piece CCFL backlight system rated for 50K hours, though an external driver is required. Designed for reliability, it handles operating temperatures from -30 to 80°C, storage from -20 to 70°C, and sustains vibrations up to 2.0G (19.6 m/s²).
