The NEC NL6448BC33-31D LCD Module is a 10.4-inch TFT-LCD panel features VGA resolution at 640(RGB)×480 pixels with a 76 PPI density, providing clear and readable output for industrial or embedded systems. It offers a generous active area of 211.2 mm × 158.4 mm within a 243 mm × 185.1 mm × 11.5 mm housing.
Engineered with a-Si TFT-LCD technology, the display runs in TN mode with a normally white, transmissive setup. It includes both antiglare and antireflection surface treatments to enhance visibility in ambient light environments.
With a typical brightness of 350 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 300:1, this panel delivers steady, readable output. Viewing angles extend to 50° left/right, 40° upward, and 45° downward (CR≥10). The response time is rated at 15 ms (rise) and 70 ms (fall), making it suitable for static or low-motion interfaces.
Color support includes 262K colors at 43% NTSC coverage. The panel interfaces through a 31-pin CMOS connector (1-channel, 6-bit) and runs at a standard 60Hz frame rate. It accepts a 3.3V or 5.0V typical power supply.
Backlighting is provided by two CCFLs (external driver required), ensuring dependable performance. Designed for practical deployment, this panel operates in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, with a storage range of 0°C to 50°C.
