The NEC NL6448BC20-30 LCD Module is 6.5″ TFT-LCD panel delivers a 640×480 VGA resolution with a high pixel density of 122 PPI, ensuring clear and sharp visuals. With an active area of 132.48(W)×99.36(H) mm, it provides an adequate screen size for compact applications.
Notably, the panel features an impressive luminance of 1000 cd/m² (typ.), making it well-suited for high-brightness environments. Coupled with a contrast ratio of 800:1 (typ.), this ensures good visibility and image clarity. The viewing angles of 80/80/80/80 (typ.) (CR≥10) offer excellent off-axis visibility, making it suitable for a variety of viewing positions.
The response time of 3/15 ms (typ.) is fast, allowing for smoother transitions and less motion blur. The display operates in TN mode, normally white, transmissive, and supports 262K/16.7M colors with 40% NTSC color gamut.
With an LVDS signal interface and a 20-pin connector, this display ensures compatibility with various systems. The backlight uses 4 strings of WLED with a lifetime of 70K hours and is optional. Additionally, the panel is designed for extreme conditions, operating between -30°C to 80°C, and it can withstand a vibration level of 2.0G (19.6 m/s²).
