The Mitsubishi AA121SL03 LCD Module 12.1″ SVGA display delivers a resolution of 800(RGB)×600 with a pixel density of 82 PPI, providing clear and reliable image quality. It features a wide active area of 246 mm × 184.5 mm, enclosed in an outline dimension of 280 mm × 210 mm × 12.5 mm.
With a brightness of 350 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 500:1 (typical), this panel offers good visibility under various lighting conditions. The viewing angles are 65/65/45/75 degrees (CR≥10), allowing for decent off-axis viewing. The response time is 10/30 ms (Tr/Td), suitable for general display applications.
Built using a-Si TFT-LCD technology, the panel operates in a RGB Vertical Stripe mode and is treated with antiglare and hard coating (3H) for better durability and readability. It supports 262K/16.7M colors with a 40% NTSC color gamut. The signal interface uses LVDS (1 channel, 6/8-bit) through a 20-pin connector at a frame rate of 60Hz. The power supply requirement is 3.3V (typical), and the backlight system includes 2 CCFL tubes rated for 50,000 hours, without an integrated driver. It operates between -20°C to 70°C and can be stored between -20°C to 80°C.
