The Mitsubishi AA121SL03 LCD Module 12.1″ a-Si TFT-LCD panel is a high-quality industrial display with an 800×600 (SVGA) resolution and 82 PPI pixel density. It features an active area of 246(W)×184.5(H) mm, ensuring a clear and detailed viewing experience. With an antiglare treatment and 3H hard coating, this panel minimizes reflections while offering enhanced durability.

Designed for various industrial and commercial applications, it boasts a brightness of 350 cd/m² (Typ.) and a contrast ratio of 500:1 (Typ.), ensuring crisp and vibrant visuals. The viewing angles of 65°/65°/45°/75° (CR≥10) provide a wide but slightly limited field of view. With a response time of 10ms (Tr) / 30ms (Td), this panel delivers smooth visuals suitable for standard display applications.

Supporting 262K and 16.7M colors with 40% NTSC coverage, the RGB vertical stripe operating mode enhances color accuracy. It utilizes an LVDS (1-channel, 6/8-bit) 20-pin connector for seamless signal transmission, operating at a refresh rate of 60Hz. The 3.3V power supply ensures efficient power consumption, making it suitable for embedded systems and automation displays.

The backlight system consists of 2 CCFL tubes, offering a 50,000-hour lifespan, though it does not include a built-in driver. Weighing 720g (Typ.), the panel is lightweight and easy to integrate. It operates reliably in temperatures from -20°C to 70°C, with a storage range of -20°C to 80°C, making it a durable and reliable solution for harsh environments.

This module is suitable for use in demanding environments such as industrial control panels, medical devices, and monitoring equipment.

• Always turn off the power supply when you are inserting or disconnecting it from the input connector.
• Wipe off water drop immediately as it may cause discoloration or spots.
• Please handle with great care. It may broken or cracked if dropped or bumped on hard surface.
• Do not try to open or modify the module assembly.
• At the insertion or removal of the Signal Interface Connector do not rotate or tilt the Interface Connector of the TFT Module. It may damage the panel.
• Severe temperature condition may  result in different luminance, response time.
