The Micro Detectors FC7I/0B-M304-0F Slot Sensor is a compact photoelectric slot sensor designed for high-speed, high-precision applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 3 mm and the ability to detect objects as small as 2 mm, it ensures accurate detection in fast-moving environments. It achieves ±50 µm precision at 150 m/min and operates reliably at speeds up to 200 m/min.
The sensor features Teach-in sensitivity adjustment, NPN/PNP output, and Light/Dark selectable modes, making it versatile for various setups. It delivers rapid performance with a 10 kHz switching frequency and 50 µs response time. Built with a durable PA housing and offering IP65 protection, it withstands challenging industrial conditions. The infrared LED emitter, reverse polarity protection, and M8 4-pin connector support safe and easy integration.
