The Leuze HT5.1/4X-200-M12 (HT514X200M12) sensor effectively manages black-white error, ensuring accuracy within 15% up to a distance of 200 mm. Operating ranges vary: for white surfaces, it ranges from 0.005 to 0.4 meters. For gray (18%) and black (6%), the ranges are from 0.01 to 0.3 meters and 0.015 to 0.2 meters, respectively. The adjustment range spans from 15 to 400 mm, offering versatility across applications. The sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 10 to 30 V DC and emitting a focused red LED beam at 645 nm.

The Leuze HT5.1/4X-200-M12 Diffuse Sensor is features a PNP transistor for light switching, with a quick response time of 0.5 ms. Its durable PC-ABS plastic housing and plastic/PMMA lens cover simplify installation. Equipped with LED display and a multiturn potentiometer, users can easily fine-tune the range. Designed to withstand harsh conditions, it operates in temperatures ranging from -40 to 60 °C, with a storage temperature range of -40 to 70 °C.
