The Hitachi LMG7380QHFC LCD Module is 4.8″ FSTN-LCD display module offers a 256×64 resolution with 54 PPI pixel density, making it suitable for applications requiring compact displays with clear, sharp characters. The active area measures 120.29 mm (W) x 30.05 mm (H), which ensures adequate screen space for displaying information in various devices. The outline dimensions are 160 mm (W) x 68 mm (H) x 12 mm (D), ensuring easy integration into your product designs.
With a luminance of 90 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 20:1, this display delivers legible content in controlled lighting environments. The viewing angle of 40° (Typ.) and response time of 160/110 ms (Typ.) ensures responsive and clear display performance under different angles and usage conditions.
The STN (Super Twisted Nematic), Black/White (Positive) operating mode offers enhanced visibility in ambient light, while the 8-bit parallel interface ensures compatibility with most microcontrollers and processors. Powered by 5V DC, it includes CCFL backlighting but does not come with a driver.
Ideal for use in industrial equipment, handheld devices, and portable gadgets, it operates within a temperature range of 0 ~ 50 °C and stores safely from -20 ~ 60 °C.
