Hitachi LMG5278XUFC-00T LCD Module

The Hitachi LMG5278XUFC-00T LCD Module is a 9.4-inch monochrome LCD module. It is built for industrial and professional applications. The display offers a 640×480 VGA resolution, providing sharp and clear visuals. The active display area measures 191.97(W)×143.97(H) mm, making it ideal for a wide range of equipment.

This module uses FSTN-LCD technology, known for high contrast and durability. It operates in STN Black/White (Negative) mode. This ensures clear readability in harsh environments. The contrast ratio is 18:1, providing good clarity in most lighting conditions. With a luminance of 60 cd/m², the display is bright enough for indoor use.

The parallel data interface has a 15-pin connector, making it easy to integrate into different systems. It supports both 3.3V and 5V power supplies for flexible use. The module is equipped with 1 CCFL backlight (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) for long-lasting performance. However, the backlight driver is not included.

The response time is 160/110 ms (Tr/Td), ensuring good performance for industrial controls. It can operate in temperatures ranging from 0 to 45°C, and it has a storage temperature range of -25 to 60°C.

This module is suitable for use in demanding environments such as industrial control panels, medical devices, and monitoring equipment.

• Always turn off the power supply when you are inserting or disconnecting it from the input connector.
• Wipe off water drop immediately as it may cause discoloration or spots.
• Please handle with great care. It may broken or cracked if dropped or bumped on hard surface.
• Do not try to open or modify the module assembly.
• At the insertion or removal of the Signal Interface Connector do not rotate or tilt the Interface Connector of the TFT Module. It may damage the panel.
• Severe temperature condition may  result in different luminance, response time.
