The Fotek SU-02X Photoelectric Sensor is a compact and efficient solution for detecting non-transparent objects with precision. It features an infrared LED emitter, ensuring reliable performance in diverse industrial applications. Operating on a 10–30 VDC supply, the sensor consumes a maximum of 40 mA for stable operation, while supporting a load current of up to 150 mA.

With a high response frequency of 10 kHz, the SU-02X provides fast and accurate detection, making it ideal for high-speed automation systems. The sensor includes a 270° trimmer sensitivity adjuster, allowing users to fine-tune its performance to meet specific application needs. Designed to operate effectively under challenging lighting conditions, it withstands illumination levels of up to 3,000 Lux for lamplight and 5,000 Lux for sunlight.

The SU-02X features an NPN output and integrates advanced short-circuit and polarity reversal protection to enhance durability and safety. Its housing, constructed from durable PC plastics, ensures lightweight strength and longevity. The sensor operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C and humidity levels of 35% to 85% RH, providing versatility in demanding environments.

With an IP65 protection rating, the SU-02X is resistant to dust and water ingress, ensuring reliable performance in harsh industrial conditions.
