Fotek LS-04N-VA : Inductive Proximity Sensor
The Fotek LS-04N-VA Proximity Sensor is a compact rectangular-type inductive sensor designed for reliable metal detection. It operates on a 10–30 VDC power supply and supports NPN output with a response frequency of up to 2 kHz, enabling fast and accurate sensing.
Engineered as a non-shielded, upper-side detection model, it detects both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The sensor features a NO (normally open) operation mode and a clear LED indicator for easy status monitoring.
To ensure durability, it includes built-in protections such as load short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. The plastic housing, along with IP67-rated sealing, provides strong resistance against dust and water, making it suitable for standard industrial environments.
The pre-wired connection and surface mounting configuration allow quick installation. It performs reliably in temperatures ranging from –25°C to 80°C and humidity levels of 35% to 95%, complying with CE standards.
