The Di-Soric OGUTI 005/50 G3K-TSSL optical label sensor is a high-performance optical fork sensor engineered for precise object detection in compact setups. It operates on 10–30 V DC (Supply Class 2) and features a fork opening of 5 mm, ideal for detecting small parts or edges with high accuracy. The sensor emits modulated infrared light at 880 nm, ensuring ambient light immunity up to 40 kLx.
It delivers a fast switching frequency of 3,000 Hz, with a maximum switching hysteresis of 0.15 mm and reproducibility better than 0.05 mm, enabling consistent and reliable detection. The push-pull output (NO/NC selectable) supports 100 mA switching capacity with a maximum voltage drop of 2 V.
The housing features durable die-cast zinc construction, painted black, and delivers IP67-rated protection, ensuring reliable performance in harsh industrial environments. Dimensions are 60 x 28.5 x 10 mm, and it connects via an M8 3-pin connector. The Teach button allows for intuitive sensitivity adjustment, while built-in protection class III compliance supports safe, low-voltage operation.
