It is a is a 9.0″ diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Chunghwa Picture Tubes, LTD. (hereafter called CPT), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It’s resolution 1024(RGB)×600, WSVGA  132PPI and contrast ratio is 500:1 (Typ.) (TM) . It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C , and the maximal vibration level of 2.9G (28.4 m/s²). Based on its features, Industry Shoppy recommend that this model be applied to industrial etc. Now this model is discontinued.
