The Baumer O300Y.QR-11144070 Diffuse Sensor (O300Y.QR-PV1Z.72CU) utilizes background suppression to enable accurate object detection within a sensing range (Tb) of 15 to 300 mm and a sensing distance (Tw) adjustable from 30 to 300 mm. It employs a pulsed red LED with a wavelength of 630 nm, ensuring high visibility and precise detection.

To enhance usability, Baumer integrates qTeach for quick and reliable sensing distance adjustment, simplifying configuration. The sensor actively suppresses reciprocal interference, allowing multiple devices to function in close proximity without signal disruption.

Its response and release time of under 1 ms supports high-speed applications, while the PNP complementary output operates in both light and dark modes, adapting to diverse detection scenarios. With short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, the sensor maintains safe and stable performance, and it supports an output current of up to 100 mA.

The power (green) and light status (yellow) LEDs offer clear visual feedback. Housed in a robust ASA and PMMA body (12.9 × 32.3 × 23 mm) with a PMMA optical face, the sensor ensures long-lasting durability.
