The Baumer Sensor O300.GL-11171741 (O300GL11171741) is a background suppression sensor with a sensing distance Tw of 30 to 250 mm and a sensing range Tb of 15 to 250 mm. It utilizes a pulsed red laser diode with a wavelength of 656 nm, ensuring precise detection. The sensor features a laser class 1 designation for safety.

It offers repeat accuracy of less than 0.1 mm at laser focus and includes features like suppression of reciprocal influence and alignment optical axis of less than 2°. Operating within a voltage supply range of 11 to 30 VDC, it consumes a maximum current of 30 mA (no load) and a typical current of 25 mA.

The sensor utilizes a push-pull output circuit with a maximum output current of 100 mA and features short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
