The Banner QS18VP6R Photoelectric Sensor is a high-performance photoelectric sensor designed for industrial automation applications. Part of the QS18 series, this sensor operates on a visible red or infrared (IR) sensing beam and features an opposed sensing mode with a receiver configuration. The rectangular housing with an M18 mount ensures compatibility with a variety of mounting setups.

Built with a durable ABS housing, the QS18VP6R is rated IP67 and NEMA 4X, providing protection against harsh environments. The sensor supports a max sensing distance of 20,000 mm, making it ideal for long-range detection applications.

Operating on a 10-30V DC power supply, the sensor features PNP discrete output and a cable connection (2m length). With a fast output response time of 0.75 ms (ON) and 0.375 ms (OFF), it ensures high-speed detection performance. The repeatability of 100 µs further enhances accuracy.
